By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

5. AI processing and model providers
To generate responses and operate features, the Service sends your inputs (e.g., chats, prompts, and certain context data) to third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI and Google). We contractually restrict these providers from using your content to train their foundation models except as necessary to provide the Service to us, subject to each provider’s terms and documentation. AI outputs can be incorrect or inappropriate; use your judgment and do not rely on AI responses for medical or legal decisions.

• Legal compliance and protection: when required by law or to protect rights, property, users, or the public.
• With your consent: where you direct us to share or otherwise consent.
7. Cookies and similar technologies (Site)
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and performance. You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Some features may not function properly without cookies.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of data and purpose. Where feasible, we de-identify or aggregate data for analytics and product improvement.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
